Our Story

How Ximator came to be.

Founded by Muhammad Zahoor and the team at iTorix Solutions LLC, Ximator was born out of a simple frustration: construction estimating was stuck in the past.

2024
The problem identified
Seeing contractors lose bids and money due to inaccurate estimates or the high cost of professional estimating services, we started building a solution.
2025
First tools launched
We launched 6 free AI calculators — Paint, Concrete, Roofing, Tile, Flooring, and Drywall. The response from contractors was immediate and overwhelming.
2026
Premium platform & human review
We expanded to 68 AI tools — 11 free and 57 premium — and launched our human verification service, giving contractors AI speed with professional-grade sign-off. Agency hire services added for full-service projects. State-specific cost guides launched for 16 US states, plus 25 city pages. iTorix Solutions LLC officially incorporated in Arizona (June 2026).
